What Anchor does

Four services. One relationship.

The Anchor Plan is the core monthly subscription. The Entry Visit is the one-time intake every subscription begins with. Guardian is the severe-weather add-on for properties whose storm exposure warrants it. The Rental Program is a separate product for owners of one to four unit rentals. One team, one record, one relationship across all of it.

Specialist coordination

When a job requires a licensed trade, Anchor recommends, not resells.

Some work is outside what Anchor performs directly, roofing, HVAC repair, electrical panel work, tree removal, full exterior paint. When the house needs one of those jobs, Anchor recommends a vetted specialist from our network at a pre-negotiated rate, is on site for the first visit when appropriate, documents the work from start to finish, and files it to your Home Anchor.

You pay the specialist directly for labor and materials. Anchor earns nothing on the project itself. Separately, the specialist pays Anchor a referral fee, and 100% of that fee is credited back to your Anchor account on the next month's invoice. The subscription is Anchor's only revenue, and it is disclosed in advance, every time.

How coordination works step by step →

What Anchor performs directly

The in-scope list.

On every monthly visit, a subscriber can expect Anchor to survey the property, check the plumbing and HVAC visuals, test smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors, replace filters, clear drainage, clean the gutters on the quarterly cadence, check window and door operation, and note anything that needs attention.

Minor paint touch-ups, caulk work, hardware tightening, bulb replacement, weather-stripping, and the season's routine exterior work are all completed on the visit. A full in-scope catalog is shared with every Entry Visit.

What Anchor coordinates with a specialist

The handled-by-a-specialist list.

Roofing, HVAC repair, plumbing work that requires a licensed plumber, electrical work inside the panel, tree removal, full exterior paint, window replacement, siding, masonry, pest control, and radon mitigation. Anchor recommends a vetted specialist at a pre-negotiated rate, schedules the work, is on site for the first visit when appropriate, documents the work, and files it to your Home Anchor.

We do what we're good at, and we bring in the right person for everything else.

The Entry Visit is the way in.

A complete on-site baseline of the property, a written report filed within the week, and a recommended plan tier for the house. The intake that begins every Anchor relationship.
