Anchor Home Services.

A monthly home-maintenance subscription for owners of substantial single-family homes. Every subscriber receives a scheduled monthly visit, on-site completion of routine work, coordinated specialist referrals when a licensed trade is required, and a dated record of the property that belongs to them for as long as they own the house.

What we do

A monthly service built for houses that need to last.

Most home-maintenance problems are inexpensive when caught early and expensive when caught late. The monthly visit is how Anchor catches them early. On each visit, the Anchor team surveys the exterior envelope, checks the interior systems, documents the condition of the property, and completes the routine in-scope work for the season, including gutter clearance, filter changes, shutoff verification, detector tests, caulk and hardware touch-ups, and small repairs.

Work that falls outside our in-scope catalog is coordinated with a vetted specialist at a pre-negotiated rate. The subscriber pays the specialist directly; the specialist pays Anchor a referral fee, and 100% of that fee is credited back to the subscriber's account. A written summary is filed to the subscriber's record within twenty-four hours of every visit.

Anchor serves owners of single-family homes in the neighborhoods we cover. The typical Anchor property is between 2,500 and 7,000 square feet, and many of the homes we work with are older than the current owner.

A separate product, the Rental Program, serves owners of one to four unit rentals who live somewhere other than the property.

Our commitments

What you can hold us to.

These are commitments, not slogans. If Anchor breaks one of them, the founder's office can be reached directly.

  • We return every call within four business hours. If we can't answer when you call, we call back.
  • We show up on the scheduled visit day. If weather or an emergency shifts the schedule, you'll hear from us the day before, not the day of.
  • We tell you what we saw, without softening. The written report is the honest report. If the roof is fine, we say so. If the basement smells musty, we say so.
  • We never charge for work outside the published subscription. No diagnostic fees, no trip charges, no surprise invoices.
  • We credit 100% of any specialist referral fee back to your account. Anchor earns nothing on the projects we coordinate. The subscription is the only revenue.
  • Thirty-day cancellation, no termination fee. Your complete property record is handed over on the day you cancel.
