Monthly home maintenance, done the right way.
Anchor is a monthly maintenance subscription for single-family homes. A team that knows your property attends to it every month, completes the routine work on site, coordinates a vetted specialist when a licensed trade is required, and keeps a dated record of the house that belongs to you for as long as you own it.
One monthly visit. One team that knows your house. One record of the property that grows with it.
The monthly visit is how small things stay small.
Most home-maintenance problems are inexpensive when caught early and expensive when caught late. On each monthly visit, the Anchor team surveys the exterior envelope, checks the interior systems, tests the smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors, clears the drainage, changes the filters, completes the in-scope routine work for the season, and documents the condition of the house. A written summary is filed to your record within twenty-four hours of the visit.
One monthly subscription. The whole house.
The Anchor Plan is a scheduled monthly visit whose scope moves with the seasons. Gutters and drainage in the fall. Sump checks, snow service, and ice-damage watch in the winter. Window screens and spring drainage clearance as the weather turns. The routine work is completed on the visit. Anything that requires a licensed trade is coordinated with a vetted specialist at a pre-negotiated rate, and 100% of the referral fee is credited back to your account on the following month's invoice. Anchor earns nothing on the projects we coordinate. The subscription is the only revenue.
Three steps, in sequence.
A full baseline of the property.
The Entry Visit is a complete baseline of the house. Every system, every envelope condition, every area most homes have never had on record, documented and filed within the week. It is conducted once, before any subscription begins. The report is yours to keep.
A team that knows your house.
On a scheduled day each month, the same team returns to the same property. Seasonal scope is completed on the visit. A written summary is filed to your record within twenty-four hours, documenting what was observed, what was handled on site, and what to watch before the next visit.
A dated record of the house.
Every visit summary, every finding, and every specialist invoice is filed in a dated record that belongs to you. It is the file you hand to a buyer, a lender, an insurer, or an heir. It leaves with you on the day you cancel.
Select neighborhoods, by design.
Every Anchor route is drawn inside a tight radius. When a property on our list needs us between scheduled visits, we are usually already in the neighborhood. The full list of active service areas is kept on the service areas page.
Two products for specific situations.
