A complete on-site baseline of the property, conducted by a senior member of the Anchor team, and a written report filed to your record within the week. The Entry Visit is the one-time intake every Anchor subscription begins with, and there is no commitment to continue either way.

The Anchor office calls you back within one business day. A short call to confirm service area, a little about the house, and whether Anchor is the right fit.
If we're a fit, the visit is scheduled on the call. A confirmation arrives by text, email, and calendar invite within the hour.
